Psalms 139:1-18, 23-24 KJV

O Lord , thou hast searched me, and known me.  Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.  Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.  For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord , thou knowest it altogether.  Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.  Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.  Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?  If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.  If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;  Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.  If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.  Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.  For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.  I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.  My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.  Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.  How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!  If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.  Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:  And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

Enter the Presence of Jesus… there ..you will find your comfort… your protection… your joy… He welcomes you with open arms…

Psalm 32

Of David.

1Blessed is he
whose transgressions are forgiven,
whose sins are covered.
2Blessed is the man
whose sin the Lord does not count against him
and in whose spirit is no deceit.
6Therefore let everyone who is godly pray to you
while you may be found;
surely when the mighty waters rise,
they will not reach him.
7You are my hiding place;
you will protect me from trouble
and surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah
8I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
I will counsel you and watch over you.

…all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.

Romans 3:23–24

God did not justify and bless us on the foundation of pity or mercy. He did it on an even higher foundation—the foundation of undisputed grace and righteousness. He delivered up His Son, Jesus Christ. On the cross, God made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, so that we could become the righteousness of God in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21). God judged Jesus, punishing Him with our punishments, diseases and curses. Jesus took it all upon Himself and exhausted it all in His person, and cried out, “It is finished!” (John 19:30).

Jesus paid the ultimate price, so that God could legally and righteously forgive, justify and bless us. Today, if the enemy whispers to you, “You deserve to be in this mess because of what you did last year,” you can boldly declare, “At the cross, Jesus took all the bad that I deserved and gave me His righteousness and blessings. Because of what He did for me, my sins are forgiven, I am justified, and I have a blood-bought right to healing, health, wholeness, provision and success!”

Beloved, if Jesus suffered and died for you to have all of God’s blessings, believe in His finished work and lay hold of these blessings! Believe and declare over yourself, “I am forgiven, justified, healed and abundantly blessed based on the solid foundation of God’s grace and righteousness!”

Blessings,

In all your getting, get understanding.

Proverbs 4:7

Go For God’s Wisdom

The Bible tells us that Christ is “made unto us wisdom,

and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption”

KJV).

1:30,

Corinthians

wisdom comes first. Wisdom is given first importance!

I’m not talking about

difference between wisdom and knowledge. Knowledge

puffs up (1 Corinthians 8:1). It can make one proud and

will

wisdom

But

teachable. You can read extensively and accumulate a lot

of knowledge, but still lack wisdom and make foolish and

costly decisions. So go for God’s wisdom.

Listen to what the Bible says about prioritizing God’s

wisdom: “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get

wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding. Exalt

her, and she will promote you; she will bring you honor,

when you embrace her. She will place on your head an

ornament of grace [unmerited favor]; a crown of glory

she will deliver to you” (Proverbs 4:7–9).

Beloved, prioritize getting God’s wisdom.

honor and good success all come as a result of having

received His wisdom!

Blessings, Joseph Prince

He who prays in an unknown tongue edifies himself…1st Cor 14:4

The prophet Isaiah describes speaking in tongues as “the rest” and “the refreshing” (Isaiah 28:11–12). In the New Testament, the apostle Paul tells us that the believer who speaks in a tongue “edifies himself.” The word “edify” here isoikodomeo, which means to build up, restore and repair.

I have found all this to be true, especially when I’m tired after a long flight. Many a time, despite the jet lag, praying in the Holy Spirit has given me a supernatural rest and energy to carry on preaching and ministering!

My friend, one of the best ways to be refreshed, to enter into rest and remain restful is to pray in tongues throughout the day. You can pray in tongues under your breath on your way to work or while having your coffee break. If you are a homemaker, you can pray in tongues while cooking or doing the laundry. Beloved, when you involve the Holy Spirit and are restful, how can you not experience His supernatural provision in everything you do?
